Licensed in 1993, David Lynch serves as a Manager and one of the Qualifying Brokers with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New Mexico Properties, where he plays a leading role in shaping the brokerage’s culture of professionalism, integrity, & client-centered service. With a strong commitment to helping buyers & sellers make confident, well-informed decisions, David has earned a reputation for delivering clarity and building trust throughout every stage of the real estate journey. David was Sales Manager of the Year for 2025 by GAAR. In addition, David is the company-designated trainer for BHHS New Mexico Properties. In this role, he mentors and supports brokers at all levels, helping them strengthen their skills, implement effective systems, and build sustainable success. His leadership philosophy is simple: when agents are empowered to grow, clients benefit—and the entire community rises. Outside of real estate he enjoys cooking, playing bass guitar, photography and golfing.
