If you told Hailey she'd end up in real estate when she packed her bags in Texas, she probably would've laughed. She came to Taos in November 2023 for one winter as a snowboard instructor and quickly fell in love with the mountains, community, and Northern New Mexico lifestyle. Before real estate, Hailey worked as a veterinary technician and in sales and customer-facing roles, developing the patience, communication, resourcefulness, and attention to detail she brings to her clients today. Her path into real estate began behind the scenes with the Victoria Gunn Team, where working closely with an experienced mentor introduced her to a luxury, concierge-style approach centered on truly knowing and supporting each client. If Hailey doesn't know an answer, she researches it and draws on trusted local relationships to find solutions. Today, she serves buyers and sellers throughout Taos, with a particular focus on Valdez, Taos Ski Valley, El Prado, Arroyo Seco, and Arroyo Hondo areas.
